About the Indian Cutting Tool Manufacturers’ Association (ICTMA)
Founded in 2012, the Indian Cutting Tool Manufacturers’ Association (ICTMA) is the collective voice of India’s cutting tool industry. With 80+ member organizations—spanning leading manufacturers, technology providers, and emerging enterprises—ICTMA works to promote innovation, collaboration, and global competitiveness.
Our mission is to strengthen India’s tooling ecosystem through:
- Industry networking and knowledge sharing
- Representation in government and policy discussions
- Technical seminars, workshops, and capability-building programs
- Promotion of advanced manufacturing practices
ICTMA operates as a Section 8 company governed by an Executive Committee of senior industry leaders. Through regular meetings, industry initiatives, and collaborative programs, ICTMA helps shape the future of precision engineering and toolmaking in India.
